Installed perfectly in Ipad 4. The most current operating system in June 2018 accepts these generic cells. I have deep cycled the cells 2 times and they seem to be strong. This is not an easy project but if you look at youtube vids and have technician skills to do this type of install, the parts are excellent.. You can easily brick the ipad if your technical skills are not up to the task. Great deal for the right buyer!!

This is the third replacement battery I have purchased from different suppliers for my I pad. The first didn't last a day, the second lasted about a week. This one has been installed for 6 weeks and so far each charge has lasted 2 weeks. Finally a replacement that seems to work like the original. The kit that came with it makes the change easy.

Installed battery and my iPad came back to life. The tools that come with the battery are a must have for easy disassembly and reassemble.

So I left this battery on a shelf unused. I set my son's ps4 on the same shelf not realizing the battery was there still. The battery exploded and destroyed the ps4. I am glad I did not put this in the intended iPad. Very unstable

Good battery when you follow directions

I have 5 years old ipad 3 (or even older - don't remember) and kids constantly play games on it. I started to notice it does not last long and decided replace the battery. Well, new battery does not last significantly longer than 5 years old one.. I personally played Fruit ninja for about 2 hours and iPad was completely discharged... quite disappointing.Asides from that - installation was straightforward - make sure you don't damage your wifi antenna when removing the screen. All tools were good quality. Looking at other reviews it could be that i just happened to get a damaged (or refurbished) battery?..
