Armor SC25 Concrete, Brick, and Masonry Water Repellent Sealer

First off, the directions are great. They explain proper prep before applying on concrete. I purchased a sprayer which worked very well for application. Coverage was better than I anticipated from other reviews. I have a rather long driveway that tapers from 3 garage doors to standard width at the road. 5 gallons handled my entire driveway, larger porch and one of my concrete pads behind the house. The water is beading nicely as expected and I hope that I don't need to reapply until a few years from now as compared to some less expensive brands that require annual application. I'm on my second order as I needed an additional gallon to treat my second concrete pad behind the house.

I purchased two gallons of concrete sealer for my drive and front walk which was recently replaced. Product arrived ahead of scheduled delivery and was easily applied using a pump sprayer. Very satisfied at this point. I purchased the SC-25 for this project.

The concrete guy told me to seal my new patio slab with a siliconate compound, so I tried this one. I applied it within the 28 day curing window. It seems to work fine. My only quibble is that I didn't quite get the coverage I expected, so ordered another gallon to finish the job. I used a garden sprayer to apply the compound. The acid test will be how the new slab survives our freezing winters.

I really like the product. My back patio has a tendency to stay wet here in the humid soith. Since it stays wet the patio keeps a constant growt of mold. I was really frustrated with having to clean it on a regular basis. After speakimg with a coating engineer i reallized i could do one of two things. I could coat the whole patio in an epoxy resin of use siliconate. My wife shot down the epoky resin idea and I decided to use siliconate. After doing a little research I found Armor SC25. The hardest part about the whole installation process is prepping my patio for the product. Once I pressure washed my patio and let it dry overnight I put the product down with a pump sprayer. I let it dry overniggt again and am pleased witg the results. It's goes down really easy and dries clear. Overall I'm happy with the product.The pictures are right after I sprayed it and the next day after drying.

This product is incredibly easy to apply and works wonders. There is a huge difference on both porches after applying this sealer! Also arrived in 1 day!

I bought this to seal the concrete around our pool. Between the salt water and the humid summer days in the south this has held up well. My only complaint is that it can’t be applied with a roller so I am not getting the coverage I expected.

Worked great on sealing my chimney, where rainwater would work it’s way through the mansonry into the house. I can sleep in peace when it rains now!

The waterproofing works well. Easy to apply.
