Sophisticated flavor to elevate the table, the Tuscany energy we all need
A beautiful, smooth and robust oil. This is a wonderful host gift to elevate any table or kitchen. I use this as a finishing oil, you can taste the nuance in flavor and actually in texture too, the color and aroma is signature of any high quality oil. I love that you can't find this at every major supermarket, there is something secret and IYKYK about this oil. My friends and family are obsessed.

Best Olive Oil in NYC!
As an Italian living in New York City, I’ve spent years searching for an olive oil that reminds me of home — the kind you drizzle on fresh bread and instantly feel the Tuscan sun on your face. Yolioo is exactly that. The flavor is rich, peppery, and beautifully balanced — you can taste the freshness of the olives. I use it for everything: salads, grilled vegetables, pasta, even just a spoonful on warm focaccia. It elevates every dish. The bottle design is elegant, and you can tell the producers care deeply about quality. This isn’t just another olive oil — it’s a little piece of Tuscany delivered to your kitchen. I’ll absolutely be buying it again (and gifting it to my fellow food lovers here in NYC!).

Yolioo Olive oil was delivered impressively quickly. It was securely packaged and very well presented. I primarily bought it due to the high polyphenol content as this helps to promote great health benefits. It has a smooth oily texture with notes of a fruity pepperiness in the background. It was quite nice but for my pallet, a bit too oily. The Ad states that it is ‘Produced within six hours from harvest,’ however, on the container it states ‘ every season between November and December, selected olives are carefully harvested by hand and crushed within hours.' I am also given to understand from experts that the best season for olives is October to November. Please do your research. I may buy it again as it is cheaper than the more expensive offerings I like a bit more. You can trace the olive oil to its roots and I love the robust safeguards in place to protect the integrity and quality of the product. I also love the idea of supporting a small traditional family farm that has reliable history to back it up.

As someone who enjoys cooking and appreciates quality ingredients, discovering a bottle of cold pressed Italian olive oil was a small revelation. I’ve tried several oils over the years, but there’s something distinctly elegant about the Italian varieties—especially when cold pressed. The first thing that struck me was the aroma. Unlike mass-produced oils, this one had a fresh, almost grassy scent with subtle fruity undertones. It instantly transported me to the idea of sun-drenched Italian hillsides lined with olive trees. The flavor followed through with the same authenticity—smooth, robust, and peppery on the finish. There’s a balance to it: not overly bitter, not too sweet, but rich and full-bodied. I used it first as a dipping oil for some rustic bread, and the difference was night and day. The oil elevated even a simple snack into something special. I also drizzled it over fresh tomatoes, mozzarella, and basil—classic Caprese—and it tied the dish together with a silky, flavorful finish. It’s especially good on grilled vegetables and fish, where it adds depth without overpowering the natural taste of the food. What I appreciate most is its versatility. Whether for salad dressings, sautéing, or finishing a dish, the oil holds up beautifully. And because it’s cold pressed, there’s a peace of mind in knowing it’s unrefined and retains more of its natural antioxidants and nutrients. If I had to find a downside, it would be the price—quality comes at a premium. But in this case, it’s worth every drop. A little goes a long way, and it truly transforms a meal. In short, cold pressed Italian olive oil isn’t just an ingredient—it’s an experience. If you enjoy cooking or even just eating well, it’s something that belongs in your kitchen.
