This laptop is beautiful. It's a legit rose gold - not a pink or brown, but actual rose gold. I've seen laptops say they are rose gold but they're not - they end up being pink or a gold/brown color. Rose Gold is an acquired taste fo sho 🌹 As for the size, that's part of why I sent it back. It's too small for me - and I totally dig 11 inch laptops. But this one was an inch smaller and I didn't realize how much of an impact that would make to a laptop 😂 but wowzers! It also didn't have a backlit keyboard like I wanted...(If it did I might have kept it...) But it's 360 rotation was SUPER cool - I've never had a laptop like this before. It was thin and sleek, and flips completely over into a tablet! I admit - that was the most awesome thing about this laptop, other then the color. Oh, and the speed....annnnnd the touch screen.... 😂 Okay, so this laptop is AWESOME 👍🏼 So it turns into a tablet. If you're a graphic artist you would love this! Just fold it into a tablet when you're done with the laptop or vice versa. It's also super fast. And you can use your finger to touch the screen! It's a touchscreen! That was very impressive 👏🏼 I must admit. One of the main reasons I sent it back though was because I honestly don't have the money for it....I know I ordered it, but that was like, all of my money. Literally. I'm low income. So when I order something like this, I'll be broke the rest of the month....so I have to make sure I really want or need it. I could have kept it but the size and it not having a backlit keyboard was a problem for me. Those are 2 important things for me, personally. I want to see the keys because I live in the darkness (literally. My room is dark ALL the time and I'm a night owl 🌛🦉) and I also wanted a bigger size then this one just happened to be. *sigh*...If only it was bigger with a backlit keyboard it would have been 💯 worth being broke the rest of the month!!!! So those were the only 2 "issues" and they weren't even issues, they where more of preferences. So, if you love rose gold, want a bada$$ laptop that can impress everyone around you who sees it (it'll stand out - BELIEVE ME!) , if you want it small and compact like a tablet (10 inch screen), and have it actually flip INTO a tablet, have touchscreen capabilities like a kiosk and you just want something super beautiful and high tech - this is 💯 for you! If you prefer a larger screen and want a backlit keyboard, then go for one of the other ones like I did (I got the Molegar rose gold laptop and it's awesome 😎).

PC is basically fine for the price, but two things are really annoying: 1/ the lettering of the keyboard is barely legible, and the backlighting is not powerful; 2/ no USB-A connector, only two USB-C (one PD) and they are too close to each other

I had such High hopes! I was so excited to take it our of the box and nothing worked. It never turned on 😢. I spoke with trouble shooting department and nothing. I sadly have to return it and look for something different. It was such a beautiful device.

Customer service is great, my laptop stop working after 2 months and contact them. They replace my laptop and it was so easy to communicate with them.

I needed something portable and powerful for work trips. This is it. The battery lasts me through a flight, it's lightweight, and the fan actually keeps it cool. Having Windows 11 Pro and Office ready to go out of the box was a huge bonus. So convenient!
