Laptop Needs A better GPU but great customer service
I would like to start by saying that this laptop does not have the best GPU, which makes it challenging to use for Teams or streaming. This laptop was purchased for my kids' schoolwork, and it served its purpose well. I recommend spending a little more and opt for a laptop with more processing power, specifically the Intel N100 Alder Lake series, as it is a new name for the Celeron processor. I called the support team for Nemo, and they are excellent, which is why I give them four stars. The laptop is okay, but the warranty is top-notch.

Great value
I was skeptical considering the low price point, but I’ve been using it for a few weeks and everything is running very smoothly. Mainly doing office work (Excel, power point, video calls).
