Lotte - Black Black Chewing Gum in Bottle 5.2oz

Bought this stuff twice. Really good price for the amount you get. Strong flavor that lasts a while.

Originally I got this as a one-off thing to try. I'm not too much of a gum chewer (not like I use to be), but I think this gum has changed that for me. I have a habit of eating gum. This is not going to be one of the gums that you want to do that with. Now I usually chew 3-4 pieces of it at time, but regardless it has a very bold peppermint/spearmint flavor that seems to last a while. I know this gum is caffeinated, which isn't the reason I got it, but the mint alone will definitely open your sinuses! I work two jobs and have a ridiculous caffeine tolerance. While it wasn't the caffeine that did anything for me, that bold mint surely did! If you're one of those people who still chew gum after it's flavor has gone, it also retains a bit of the mint, just enough that keeps your mouth feeling cool. Which I can chew a piece for 4-6 hours and still have this effect. Always going to keep a tub of this on hand! It also comes with little mini post-it note style papers for when you decide to spit it out!

Favorite gum, super menthol flavor and has caffeine. Great for trying to quit smoking

I've had black black in sticks before and i love this gum, and wanted to try this version. It's very minty, just like sticks of black black, the package is way cooler than i'd expected it to be, and i like the thoughtful touch with the paper to spit it out into when you're done! There's just one problem... The flavor of these doesn't last nearly as long as the regular sticks. It's pretty devoid of flavor after a mere 10 minutes. Normal sticks of black black still have the flavor going pretty strong after 20 minutes. But, at least it's sugar free. Even when the main blast of flavor is gone, it remains lightly minty, and is actually more on par with a gum such as wrigley's or eclipse. So, good aside from not lasting as long as the black black that comes in sticks.

Awesome gum. Menthol-heavy and when doubling pieces or more you really get a nice nasal-clearing minty freshness to go with your chewing experience. Just wish the price aligned more with how much you can get these for directly but that's imports for you. Maybe one day they'll bring this brand to the states with the same ingredients.

I love this stuff. I've tried the stick version and found it worked really well so when I found this on here, I quickly ordered it. It takes a while to get to the US from Japan, but it is worth it! After chewing it for a bit, I can really feel more awake and focused, but not jittery like drinking too much coffee/soda/sugar nor does it cause my heart rate to speed up like some energy shots. I also don't get the tired crash I usually feel awhile after drinking a soda. Some people talk about the strong menthol taste and, while I agree, I've never had an issue with it. It's a very strong mint taste that quickly wears off. If you've ever eaten an Altoid's mint or similar, it's like that but only until you've given it a good chew. After the initial taste, it doesn't really have much flavor but that's fine because it's still working.

Great gum... Randomly came with a bonus pack of sticky notes inside as well, I guess?

Nice product..But, if you're looking for licorice gum... this isn't it.
