According to Keurig, the K575 will use standard K-cup pods, so I would imagine these would work.

Will this work for K50 ?

Are these "filters" or "reusable k-cups"? can paper filters be used in these? how much coffee should be added?

Yes and Yes. They are reusable K- cups. (use your own coffe blend). I also ordered paper filters that fit a/c clean-up is quick and easy (for me). I use A typical coffee scoop for each filter cup. Best to find personal strength/flavor based on how much coffee fills the k-Cup to close the lid.
