love the high back...so much better for me than a 4" high belt...easy to tighten, loosen, on off, perfect for light duty work to get max. supportand priced very well, so if you loose one, or it wears from every day use, just buy another one, vs. some othe ones that cost 3x this price....overall, it works perfect for me, YMMV, everyone has different back issues and we are all different size people! 5 stars for me

This is a very comfortable back brace. It has four stays that are firm but not rigid. It holds your lumbar area together, but it doesn't force you to be ramrod straight. It doesn't have any fancy gimmicks or fancy materials. It could be just what you are looking for. Its worth mentioning that their sizing is pretty accurate. And I especially like the fact that they also tell you how long the belt actually is. So many suppliers of back braces have unreasonable sizing charts. They could save everyone a lot of grief by just listing the actual length of the belt. Let's hear it for Aptoco.

This Aptoco Back Brace for Lower Back Pain Relief, Back Support Belt definitely helped with the lumbar spine protection and it helped with the compression of the back by the sciatica which we suffer with a lot. It helped with the posture correcting as well and it definitely felt breathable to give air and not leave it feeling perspiration in that area. We will see how much improvement happens over the next several weeks. So far so good!

I bought this to bring on vacation because my regular brace is too bulky to travel with. This brace supported my lower back well. It also put pressure on my abdomen which is different than my other back brace, so I wear it a little looser and for shorter periods as the directions state. It is lightweight enough to put in carry-on luggage.

I like this brace better than others I’ve had for sure. It has the strength to alleviate my lower back pain and holds up well for daily use.Adjustable velcro tabs allow me to keep this comfortable the entire time I wear it.It does not have to hard bar in the spine area like some work braces have ,this is more functional for me to be able to sit comfortably when necessary.Great overall value for the quality and functionality!

I’ve been using this back brace for a few weeks now. The extra spine support can be felt. It also helps the brace not to roll up like the cheaper ones do. This one stays in place on my waist for the whole day.It still looks new now despite me wearing it nearly every single day.I do think it’s worth the price due to its quality. I’d recommend it
