New soft chisel tip is a great add to my Ohuhu collection
They are Ohuhu’s best set!! The new soft chisel tip is a game changer for hand lettering and calligraphy. Beautiful colors. Rich pigment. Professional finish. Hitch* I wish the marker caps were more representative of the actual ink color. The ink tends to be darker than the marker cap color. Just be sure to fill out your color palette card before using in your artwork and you’ll be fine.

High Quality Markers
Ohuhu has done it again! They never cease to amaze me with their products. The marker set has a variety of colors. The brush tip is high quality. The soft chisel is just as high quality as well. You can get both fine and broad lines with the soft chisel as it is flexible. One con is that is you push down the markers (each side is flexible so it allows that) the marked will bleed a lot. Otherwise, it's a wonderful tool to use for blending. It blends well and better than the original chisel tip.

Perfect!
We love this set of markers! Make sure to use the sheet protector that comes with it or they'll bleed through the page.

Amazing new soft chisel tips (great for calligraphy and lining)
I purchased this maker because I am an artist and calligrapher. I have a really immense (and growing collection of art markers consisting of some of the best brands all the way down to some of the worst generically, mass-produced markers I’ve ever used. This is Ohuhu's premier Honolulu S (soft) dual soft tipped, alcohol marker set, which is new for 2025. Ohuhu has won awards for this design and I believe that they have done an EXCELLENT job on these markers. Not only does OHUHU make quality artist grade markers they make them available at a great price compared to premium/name brand art markers. New S tip or SOFT tip chisel This is the new tip that Ohuhu is bringing to the market to add a unique feel to their already amazing brand. This is a great set and the development of a soft chisel is not only intuitive but infinitely necessary for the design community that has been so enthusiastic about this affordable yet premium feeling marker. This soft tip is unique, but at the same time growingly similar to competitor markers in the upper echelon of art grade alcohol markers. Ohuhu is really developing some amazing tools and they've seemed to focus entirely on the addition of their soft chisel in this "S" (soft tip) branded set. The addition of these tips to their already wonderful set of markers is amazing and a truly groundbreaking quality marker that you should get your hands on especially if you’re a designer or calligrapher. Other brands do not package an enjoyable writing experience like calligraphy or designer friendly markers with the coloring and artistic satisfaction that I’m getting with this marker. The chisel is a different shape compared to any other marker I’ve used and it is a step away from the hard and ridged marker tip (of which I rarely use) commonly found on generic alcohol markers. If there is one marker that I reach out for now (specifically when iterating designs) it is this Ohuhu marker. The tip is soft and flexible and has a unique feel that feels like “function”. I think that the key word in describing this tip is “Flex” and I also think that this is the real idea behind this tip. As many artists prefer a sharp edge for writing and blocking in color this tip allows the artist to achieve those effects with the same sort of precision of a flexible brush tip but achieving a much wider and precise stroke. The tip isn’t unique, in a sense, that it is made of some “groundbreaking material”, and these are still felt tipped chisels. The result is a flex that is going to be particularly useful to those who have found utility in them by design lining, blocking in color, various art strokes and styles, and calligraphy or writing styles. The effect is much like switching from a round tipped paint brush to a flat tipped brush. The best way I can explain the tip would be that it is thinner, more precise, more flexible still just as effective at filling large areas of color. The end resulting in a deployment of new and highly desirable line techniques, and artistic styles. Overall, I really like these markers, and the S series is a definite step up from their original item in my opinion. I Have the original Honolulu set and I’ve just added this S series set to them making it an even more versatile color set than before. I love Ohuhu and I will continue to buy their products ESPECIALLY if they continue to create new reasons to own them. I really enjoy using these markers and I highly suggest them to anyone. The Honolulu set currently consists of 320 colors and I assume they are compatible with these S series markers, however the S series is only available, currently, in 48 and 60 markers, and one other 24 marker skin tone set. The 60-color set is basic with some true hues, and a few random values for each hue... also includes 6 gray scale values and 6 blue gray values. The 60-color set is your best value with some true hues, and a few random values for each hue... also includes 6 gray scale values and 6 blue gray values. Yes, these are a little more expensive, probably twice the price you would pay for generics, but still a huge value if you’re comparing them to any name brand. If you're like me and you're starting to conceive that your investment requires that your designs deserve quality I would highly suggest getting these markers. Even if you aren't I really can't suggest a better marker in this price range. I will definitely be buying again.

I need a 320 set in these, please!
Per usual, Ohuhu is back again to never disappoint. I consider myself more of an OG because I’ve been buying Ohuhu products long before they ever went viral. Ohuhu is very great and always leaving you so impressed that you want to get the next thing they release. At least that’s how’s it’s been for me every time. I’m a huge fan of the soft chisel and can easily understand how these markers have won an award. The soft chisel takes everything that’s annoying about the chisel tip and makes the chisel functional. You don’t have to worry about the stiff chisel bending or not drawing straight lines after awhile. This chisel moves with you instead of against you. The brush tip is that classic brush tip that we know and love. It glides with you. There is a learning curve with this tip, or at least it took me awhile to get the hang of it but now that I understand how to use it- it’s a necessity in my art collection. Now, let’s talk about color range. Ohuhu is the BEST for color range and vibrancy. You will NEVER convince me otherwise. Also, Ohuhu brands itself as a competitor to high quality brands and products at a more affordable price and these markers deliver! I’m including a picture of my swatch sheet because the colors really do speak for themselves. Sure, there are now other markers out there that are even cheaper than Ohuhu, but they are going to dry out faster and I’ve watched and read a few reviews where artists are having trouble with those generic brands and lightfastness. If you’re thinking about trying these, do it! They do bleed through the page as any alcohol marker does, but they are high quality and Ohuhu always includes a sheet you can lay down under the page to protect your art. 5/5 stars! I wish I could give them 10!

Ohuhu Alcohol Markers, Honolulu S Set – The Set That Makes Non-Artists Feel Like Artists
Value Rating: 4.5/5 stars For $57, you’re getting 60 colors plus a colorless blender, a sturdy zip case, and both brush and chisel tips on every marker. That’s a solid deal—especially if you’ve priced out other alcohol marker brands, which can get wild fast (think $100+ for sets with similar features). These aren’t “budget markers,” but they absolutely punch above their price for quality, color selection, and how easy they are to use—even for beginners. Specifications: • 60 vibrant alcohol-based colors + 1 colorless blender • Dual tip: brush (6mm) + soft chisel (1-4mm) • Comes with a zippered storage case & swatch card • Non-toxic, ACMI-certified alcohol ink • Designed for coloring, illustration, sketching • Quick-drying and smudge-resistant • Replacement brush tips available Key Points: • Alcohol markers vs. “regular” markers: Alcohol-based ink blends beautifully—no harsh lines, no sticky streaks, and it dries super quickly. You can layer, blend, and get gradients you just cannot get with water-based or “school” markers. That’s why serious artists and adult coloring fans obsess over these. • Even if you have zero technique (hello, fellow beginners), these markers somehow make everything look more polished. The colors are vivid, nothing gets blotchy, and if you color outside the lines, you can literally blend it away with the colorless blender. • The brush tip feels like an actual paintbrush, which is what lets you get those soft edges and easy fills. The chisel end is great for details and edges, so you get options. • You do not have to be an artist. These made my coloring look so much smoother and less like a kindergartener’s art project. • The color selection is fantastic—every shade you could want for adult coloring books, hand lettering, or even just fancying up your planner. • The case is a nice touch. Easy to store, easy to grab for coloring anywhere. Final Thoughts: If you’re used to basic markers, you’ll be shocked at how much better these look on paper. I’m genuinely impressed by how even and smooth my coloring turned out, and it honestly made coloring way more fun. Even if you’re a total beginner, these will make you feel like you know what you’re doing.
