Got this at a massive discount, but even without the said discount this one would have been a truly great purchase. The book is, as stated, an encyclopedia, and it serves the purpose more than adequately. It is a wonderful storehouse of information on Marvel characters.

O M G !!! it has every detail of marvel universe. every character and villain ever existed in marvel earth. Even the details about the 2nd earth currently flash tv series is showing. Its a asset. Designed in awesome quality oil pages and some freaking awesome artworks. I'm in love. will go for the Dc encyclopedia soon

This is a great encyclopedia, filled with as much information as you or your child could want to know about Marvel superheroes. Very bright and dynamic, with great pictures and illustrations. My kids love it.I took one star off, and perhaps I should have taken another star off too, due to its construction. It is a very heavy book, and the first time my boy tried to pick it up, he almost tore the whole cover off, it is not very well put together unfortunately, the binding is not sufficient for its weight. I managed to rebind the book to ensure its structural integrity, but it was a bit of work.Overall, I would recommend this book for its content but will advise you to be very careful when handling the book, a lesson in how to do so will be necessary before you hand it over to your youngster.

This book is due to be updated around April of this year (2019) but it's still a volume worth considering – it's not like anything will be removed from the legacy.A weighty hardback, this is packed with information and illustrations covering all the characters from the Marvel universe providing back stories, key points about attributes, special abilities and costumes and relationships with other character groups.It's the kind of book you can get lost in for an hour or so, especially if you have read (or viewed) some of the major stories or film plots.A great book to have as a reference if you're a fan or just interested in graphics or comic-books in general.The “Look inside” option at the top of the page gives a good idea of the book's contents.

Confermo tutto quanto già scritto da altri che lo hanno acquistato prima di me.Volume di dimensioni generose (pagina quasi di formato A4) strutturato a schede in ordine alfabetico.Per ogni personaggio sono presenti molte info corredate da disegni in ottima stampa a colori.Per me che sono soprattutto un Collezionista (ho il mio alter-ego in Marvel) un libro immancabile.Prezzo OK, il volume é marcato Euro 30,00 ma ovviamente c'é il costo di distribuzione e consegna da aggiungere, quindi i 34 euro sono più che compensati dal piacere di possederne una copia.
