I really enjoyed the chair!here are some pros and cons:Pros:1.Easy to assemble. Spare set of nuts and Allen key provided. All the nuts and the threads are strong and durable.2. The cushion and the backrest material is really good. Cushion is soft, the backrest is breathable. 3.Stitches are also strong.4. Wheels are smooth and the lumbar support is very good too.5. Arm rest is strong and feels good.Cons:1. It is compact for someone who is 5 5" or smaller. If you are taller, i wouldn't suggest it. The width is small.2. The hand support could have been a little more higher.3. Plastic used for packaging seems a little too much (But it helps keep the materials safe from dust)A really good budget buy.

Packaging was not bad, as should be.There were some instructions provided to assemble this chair. Which sufficed.However, the most crucial parameter which this chair FAILED in was -- WORKMANSHIP!The various components are poorly finished so the fully assembled chair is functionally defective. To enumerate:1) The socket in the center of the wheel base where the hydraulic ram is to be inserted, had some sort of "bead" obstructing full insertion resulting in the seat being LOPSIDED INSTEAD OF FULLY HORIZONTAL. This means that when you revolved the chair sometimes it would be SLOPING UP at the front and sometimes down. Most uncomfortable.2) The lever to press the release for the hydraulic ram to work -- situated under the seat on the right hand side, assembles so close to the right arm rest's bracket fixture that it is obstructed resulting in GREAT DIFFICULTY IN ACTUATING THE HYDRAULIC HEIGHT ADJUSTMENT.3) The wheel base is extruded from some form of plastic -- it JUST BROKE APART a couple of days ago! As much likely from the poor quality of the plastic base as from the uneven stresses and strains applied on it due to the misalignment of the hydraulic ram rod.NOTE -- Will update my review with photos and videos very soon.

I wasn't planning to write this review until. its been exactly a year since i last ordered this chair. It came with two screws missing which it was suppose to be three of them. i didn't think of it as a big deal. i went to some local stores to get similar screws which i did find. it worked for few months until the screws started loosening up on its own and the top part of the chair broke due to it while i was leaning on it. i picked it up and did the screws again. worked great for few more months and then today, that happened again. while i was leaning on the chair, i fell and rolled over on my back. the chair broke in half again. while the chair is good and cheap i do not recommend it cause i use it in constant thought that such incident may happen again. this time it was my back that got hurt. mayb it will be head the next time. i have uploaded a picture also to let you know what exactly i am talking about.

I'm so pleased with the kind of customer service I received for this Chair from Savya Home. After a day I ordered this chair, even before the delivery, I received a call being assured that all the assistance would be provided anytime, just a call is needed. On January 26, I received the item all well packaged, but after opening up, I noticed one part of back rest was broken ( which could be while shipping and delivering). I straight away called on the number and within an hour the part was changed.If I talk about the quality of this chair, in this price range, its one of most comfy chair for work from home. I had used expensive office chairs before but all never lasted than a year or two maximum. But this one looks comfortable and light. Please go for it:)
