Company should know that coloured bottle is used for oil,to protect it from further damage from light.i received plastic bottle,Which is not good.when u display in glass coloured bottle and deliver in plastic bottle that pinches.Other company provide in glass bottle even season till oil.

This is one of the best olive oil company. Amazon has packed nicely and delivered me the authentic product. Make sure you have received a glass bottle not plastic. Authentic product does not have plastic botteling. After discount this product is worth buying.

Not plastic bottle any more... I received a glass bottle today Dec 20,2016
I believe the supplier has listened to the customer complaints that are expressed by most of the Verified buyers. And I have received a glass bottle today. Why I bought this product though people complained about plastic bottle. I have a couple of glass bottles in my kitchen. And one is fully empty. I would be able to pour my oil, should it come in a plastic bottle. Hence, I did not care, either way was fine by me. The price: at a printed price of Rs.1,200, this product is available in most super markets in Bangalore at around Rs.900-1,000. At Amazon I am getting at significantly less price of Rs.770. The product: of course I used this product, I dip my bread in olive oil than in butter. tastes exceedingly good. So at amazon this product is a clincher. As long as it is supplied in glass bottles, I guess my co-buyers will have no reason to complain, so I would recommend go for it folks!

Quality and packaging
1) packaging is in plastic bottle instead of glass bottle. Preferably it should be in glass bottle to avoid use of plastic and reaction of it with oil. 2) cost is high compared to quality that other brands (Figaro) offer. 3) Product delivered was 1 year old, although it is best before 24 months from manufacturing but still one year old product should not be delivered.
