I basically like the towels. They are larger than the older ones I used to use which is nice, makes them easier to use and more useful. The problem is if you set them down to use again shortly, when you go back to reuse one it's as dry as an old newspaper so you need to use a different one. Nice for the manufacturer but VERY inconvenient for ME!!!

Had been getting these from my audiologist to clean my hearing aids. Packets came as singles (not in three packet strips), were so wet they dripped, had no aroma (some would say odor) and were made in the USA. Received box today--three strip packs, dry as a bone and absolutely stank of vanilla. Box was an absolute mess--ripped, battered, partially taped together badly, you name it. Product now made in China. I have been an Amazon customer since there has been an Amazon and have never once written a review despite hundreds of purchases. That's how bad these are. Save yourself some money. The fact that they are an "Amazon's Choice" product is inexplicable.
