Easy to clean ! Non stick ..requires very less oil almost like no oil...I have used this to grill veg patties (which I earlier use to deep fry) so thanks to this we are having lesser oil !!

Good pan but not for induction use.
It's good pan for cooking in less oil and perfect for grills. Easy to clean and not at all heavy as usually granite pan are. Only drawback is the pan is not induction friendly.
