Good Flute Quality and Perfectly Tuned
I bought this as I wanted to learn playing flute. Being a beginner, I wanted to have a perfectly tuned flute. This flute was perfectly tuned (I checked through my Guru-ji). The flute quality was great and the plug was cork instead of rubber. This added perfect sound quality. This flute will be slightly hard for beginners. You will need a teacher to show you some finger techniques. Otherwise, it will be slightly tough. Cost-wise it is slightly expensive. You cannot do any customization as this is directly shipped from Amazon warehouse.

It's a heavy flute
It's a good looking flute, sounds nice, I had been playing flute for last 2 years I didn't find any difficulty in Playing the instrument. But a few words of caution, I have played some local made flute, I played Sharfuddin, and this time I got Punam flute and it is the heaviest of them all. Even my E base from sharfuddin doesn't weight so much. So, if you like to play fast finger style it might not be suitable. Lighter flute are better for that. Also it's finger as well as blowing holes are smaller compared to othe makers. I am happy with the quality of Bamboo, the making and playability of this one.

Great Flute for Beginners and the professional flutists.
The bamboo is really smooth and I can feel the difference between Subhash Thakur's Bamboo and Bakale's Bamboo. 1.Material Quality Thakur>Bakale's 2. Ease of playing Thakur sir's Flute is slightly better than of Bakale's Bansuri. 3. Cover Quality Punam cover feels great and is of premium quality. 4. Sound Quality Highly depends on the player. Sound Quality is equally good but as I said earlier when it comes to ease of playing then I will suggest Punam. 5.Price Bakale's 2600/- Punam: 4200/- Bakale's>Punam's *If someone can visit Karnataka and personally purchase Bansuri from Mr. Bakale's then obviously you get the same thing in a cheaper rate. Overall verdict. If you are a rich beginner then surely you can go for Punam otherwise Bakale's Flute aren't bad either( they are pretty good!).

Disappointed with the Bamboo Flute Quality
I purchased a bamboo flute a week ago, and unfortunately, it has already developed a crack on its body without any mishandling. I take great care of my instruments and have kept the flute in a safe place away from extreme temperatures or humidity.

Flawless and gorgeous sound
The flute is absolutely amazing and a joy to play. I have bought cheap ones in the past from street vendors but they were actually rather hard to play and I felt that flutes must be hard to play in general. This time I took a chance with a proper flute and it produced a beautiful and effortless sound from the very first breath. I'll encourage you to try it no matter what level you are at. Just one tip, I ordered on a whim at 2 AM and it got shipped at 8 AM and I didn't get a chance to get my name engraved on it. So be careful with that if its important to you

Good professional flute
Good build quality, good soft sound. Beginners will require some time and practice to properly blow & hold the flute. But will be able to play after few days of practice. So its a good beginner bass flute. Flute was delivered in good packaging. Flute cover provided along with flute. Also provided flute cleaning utility along with flute. There is a minor bend in the flute, though a premium price was paid. No option for replacement on Amazon but only option to return. On contacting the seller I was told this is natural bamboo, and cannot guarantee it to be 100% bend free even if another flute is ordered.
