Satisfied. A blessing for people with Milk Allergy.
I have Milk Allergy (for higher milk quantity in a day) and this Coffee Mate is proved to be a big blessing for me. I use 20% real milk, 80% water, teaspoonful of Nescafe or Continental Instant Coffee and 1 heaped teaspoonful of coffee mate. It makes a tasty milky creamy coffee. Occasionally, another 1 teaspoonful of coffee mate may be added, for more creamy taste. With this, the Milk Allergy issue is solved and I can have 2-3 cups of nice coffee each day. Please don't keep an expectation of seeing a creamy coffee. Actually, it won't look creamy, but, it does taste creamy to an acceptable level. Made in Thailand. 400g. Relatively latest stock. Price around 300. It is worthwhile. If you like too much milky and real creamy coffee, then this is not for you. I haven't had any other coffee mate from England or USA. This is the only one I ever used. And, I find it good. Mixes well in the coffee. No lumps formed. Deducting one star because price difference is wide amongst different vendors and price is slightly on higher side. Anywhere around 250-275 will be ideal.

Best creamer indeed!
I am writing a review after having used over 4 bottles of this in the past 1.5 years. I love coffee and tea. Adding a spoonful of this to about 200-250ml of beverage really adds a rich taste to it. It doesn't work in the same way as milk/milk powder. You need to add that separately. This can be used in both, coffee and tea. This product is not sweet and doesn't have any additional fragrance or flavour. It just increases the depth of the combined and final flavour of the beverage you'll have. For making Panna cotta, this adds a fantastic level of taste to the dish!! I keep buying a bottle every now and then. Note: There's even a version special for French vanilla coffee... I am aiming for it!! :D

Requisitely CREAMY...
*In conditions whence milk is a scarcity, u cud certainly go for this. Prepare it with Hot water + this creamy powder in sufficing amounts(one heapful of a teaspoon/ two) catering to ur taste for it varies from one another. **In conditions otherwise, best we add a small(tea) cup of milk along with the hot water. ***Sugar for the healthy/ lovers seems to be a bit insufficient_ s_ just a little bit;not too much. n.b. I too use 20% real milk, 80% water, 1 heaped teaspoonful of Nescafe coffee mate but with a teaspoonful of more with "Continental All This Creamy" where it turns out to be the more sufficiently delicious... Amazonas trkng, del., pkng r gud.

Not very promising
I have used it thrice to make coffee at home but it doesn't really make the drink creamy. It acts like a replacement for milk powder, but didn't do what it promises.

A SATISFACTORY MILK SUBSTITUTE FOR USE IN COFFEE
I have been a regular user of Coffeemate since many years as I am allergic to milk. This does make good coffee with original flavour. The many many varieties of the Coffeemate is confusing. I found this one has a small quantity of milk in it, but OK. I wish they supply full dairy free product. I also some times make kheer and other milky products using coffemate instead of milk with satisfactory results.

Has milk protein, but is lactose free.
We bought this believing it to be a non dairy product. Has sodium caseinate : milk protein. Since i posted, got a response from Nestle about this: "Thank you for contacting us regarding the sodium caseinate in our Coffee mateĀ® Creamer. This is the ingredient that gives Coffee mate its thick and creamy texture. Even though this ingredient is derived from milk, sodium caseinate is lactose free. Sodium caseinate is approved by the FDA to use in products which are labeled as "non-dairy" or "lactose-free". We label our Coffee mate with an ingredient statement stating it "CONTAINS: A MILK DERIVATIVE" to be in full compliance with FDA regulations (21 CFR 101.4 d)." So if you are vegan this probably is not a vegan product based on the above. If you're lactose intolerant, this is ok.
