I bought it for my father. He is still not able to hear clearly even at maximum volume. It is not designed for every ear. It is smaller for my father's ear. Doest have any option to extend it's length. It's packing has few details of frequencies however it's same for every model. I could not find any difference between different models apart from prices.

Worth The Money!! But be prepared to change batteries frequently.
Good Product!! Worth The Money.. Batteries need to be replaced very frequently, hence recommend to buy batteries from Ebay in Bulk. Available at very cheap price from ebay.
