Great Mini Tripod that can handle the weight
This is an outstanding mini tripod. The tripod is exactly as described and is fairly sturdy with no real wobbles when the camera is mounted on it. It is very compact when collapsed and easy to cary with the pouch provided. Purchasing this tripod, I had a concern about the weight limit since my camera is approximately 4 pounds with the telephoto lens attached. However, once I put the camera on this and then tightened it, it worked great! There was no wobble what so ever and I could easily position the mount up or down and not worried it would topple over. I would highly recommend this mini tripod.

The Perfect Tabletop Tripod
This is a phenomenal tabletop tripod mount. I needed a mount for doing unboxing, but I needed it to be very adjustable so I could get the right angles with my camera. This tripod fit the bill perfectly. There are so many different ways to adjust it to get the perfect angle. It's extremely well made and build of solid materials. The knobs and adjustments also seem high quality and built to last. The built in leveler is a nice touch to make sure you're getting the best possible shot. The legs have rubber feet so that the tripod wont slide and ruin your perfect angle. The only issue I had was when I mounted my camera. The mount has an additional little thing (for lack of a better term) which hindered my ability to mount my camera. I'm not a camera mount expert but I was able to resolve this issue by simply removing the "thing". Aside from that, this is an awesome camera tripod and I highly recommend it.

Great Tripod with One Shortcoming
Get the easy part out of the way. The tripod is without question well built, has an excellent, really usable range height, adjusts smoothly and then locks down quite well. Why the 4 stars? I've now tried this unit with a Bushnell Elite 15x45 spotting scope, Pentax 8x42 binocular, Bushnell Excursion 10x42 binocular and I'm coming up with the same problem. The angle of the screw in "arm" meant to be used for panning and tilting the top assembly is nearly flat. Because of this any of the optics I've listed above can't be used as is - the arm must be removed or it jabs the user in the chin (or throat) because it sticks nearly straight at you. If I could take that top assembly (you'll see what I mean if you had the tripod in front of you) and turn it 90 degrees left or right to the viewer then I could get around the issue. Unfortunately, the quick release style top mount only flips 180 degrees...directly at you with the arm in the way or directly away from you so you have to reach around the tripod to use the arm (really not acceptable). I liked the tripod so much however that I'm choosing to just remove the arm and continue using it as is. It's really a very well built unit and I particularly love the smooth crank for the vertical extension. Anyway, just bear in mind the issue with the arm (which RetiCAM really should have addressed before this came to market...it's that obvious of a PIA) and you've got a terrific product for relatively short money.

This Product is Worth the Spend
If you are in the market to purchase a tripod... this table tripod is ideal especially for persons focusing on video streaming from a desk. The tripod specifications are already written, so what this comment will capture is a review of the product... The frame is solid... this is not your typical aluminum frame that will bend after constant use. The frame is supported within the center and of such supports evenly distributed weight of the device... The legs can extend up to a modest size of 19" as mentioned and of such, the support is their for the electronic device which can be placed on it. The packaging is great... I like protection from dusty areas... the legs have individual plastics... they are thin but it was thought through for initial scratch purposes... It comes in a very sturdy bag cut to the size of the tripod... maybe a little larger... and it has a carry bag which allows for easy transportation and all contained in a box. I have made sure to do dilligent research on this product... My methodology focuses areound expenditure... and the fact that with this one time purchase in mind...it is to ensure that this investment will last forever...🙄 aka I don't have money to waste so this is the only time I'm spending money to buy a tripod. Buy This Product... it will stand.

Awesome Quality Mini Tripod With Professional Features!
When most of us think about a tripod, we think of a full sized 72" model. A full sized tripod is great when you want to take portraits, landscapes, or sky photography. However, if your interested in taking macro shots, and or if you are a vlogger with a camera on a table/desk, you might find a mini tripod preferable. The mini tripod is collapsible to 10 and 3/4 inches, and is extendable to 19 inches. It adjusts the same way as a full sized tripod, and also has the crank extension as well. This tripod has some weight to it and you can definitely feel that this is a quality piece. The head tilt is adjustable as well, and it has a bubble level to help you dial it in where you need it. This tripod uses a fluid head, which is a feature found on professional tripods, and allows you to make smooth panning movements while filming. I operate a small engine repair business, and I use this tripod to steady my camera for taking before and after pictures. I really like my mini tripod, and I highly recommend it! 5 out of 5!

Works great!!
This is a great Tri-Pod very stable for its size. Has some weight to it and does what it says it will do. I am happy with the purchase for what I use it for.

When I replaced my old camera with a Nikon D7500 and added an 18 - 400 zoom lens, my old Gorilla tripod gave up the ghost. It could not handle the combined weight of the camera and zoom lens. Researching many camera buff sites, the Retican tabletop tripod was always highly rated in the reviews. I received mine for Christmas and gave it a quick test drive today. Obviously, it will not replace my usual Manfrotto tripod, but its portability and small size is exactly what I wanted. It will be easy to tote when hiking and the 3-way, pan-tilt head provides a lot of flexibility to frame a subject. First impressions are excellent. My only concern, and only time will tell, is that many of the parts are made of plastic. Will this be an issue over the long haul? I will just have to wait and see, but in the interim, I am quite happy with it.

Of course value for money.

I needed a cabinet/table top tripod for a video camera whilst evaluating event streaming possibilities. For that the tripod met my needs. For wider use by amateur/semi pro be aware the QR system is integral and if like me you also use the Manfrotto style plate you are stymied as there is no interchangeability. I have also not found a source of additional camera plates handy if you have other cameras. Because the QR plate position is fixed you can also end up with with the release on the wrong side away from you.

Sometimes simple is better and this tripod is easy to operate and is holding my spotting scope perfectly. I especially like the quick mount system.
