Tachikawa Comic Pen Nib Holder, Model 36, Pink Grip (T-36P)

How have I gone this long with those basic plastic nib holders that come with those art store nib sets??? I'm glad I bought this. I have various nib sets and they all work well with this holder. Very happy to draw with it. I'm going to get another one in another color.

This is a great value nib holder, the grip is comfortable and the body feels solid, while not being heavy. The only warning I have, and the only thing keeping me from giving it five stars, is that it's very inconsistant with how well it grips the nib. Even different nibs within the same pack will fit differently.

My nikko G nib fits well in this pen holder. The rubber grip is soft and feeling good. Adequate to hold to write, not too heavy, not too light. I love it so much:)

For years I had a set of speedball brand nibs and holders and honestly didnt like using them because my hand would hurt after a while. When I saw this I hesitated because I didnt want to invest in a supply I rarely used, but I'm so glad I did! The thick barrel and cushion grip are amazing and wonderful and I love how it can fit both standard and crow quill or maru nibs! I've used this with many pieces now and honestly can just sit and draw with my wrist and hand not straining! I wish I bought this sooner and will definitely stick up on a couple more soon!!

This pen is excellent! I have some calligraphy nibs that are too small for my regular pen so I use this one when needed.
