Feel great.
Weather it's a placebo affect or not, my Judokas definitely feel the affects of the creatine when I'm throwing them around. Nice and easy to consume.

Superb, took the first serving of four tabs 30 minutes before my usual deadlifting workout and it felt too easy.I time my sets so that I am breathing hard between my last few sets, so I know i'm not taking it easy but my first session on these seemed so easy I felt like I wasn't trying, they're that good.Most people will tell you that all creatine works the same and that it takes a month to take effect but that is nonsense. I have tried about a dozen different brands of creatine over the years and the better ones are always discontinued, probably because they are more expensive to produce, I just hope they keep making these.These are among the very best I've used, i'd give them six stars if I could.
