Love it! Much better than I expected. It lives under my standing desk and is very quiet. I don't walk very fast while typing, but when I'm not working, I can get in a very nice workout. Plus, it's very easy to roll and move. Can't say enough good things about this small but Solid treadmill. It's the perfect equipment for someone who doesn't have a lot of room. And you can't beat it for this price point.

Perfect size and easy to use.

The media could not be loaded. I purchased this almost a month ago. The treadmill itself has been running fine but I had an issue with the switch board. The on/off switch started malfunctioning: the switch springs back to 'on' even when I try to switch it off. When I reached out to customer service with a video, they offered to send me a new switch with $30 for inconvenience. The only caveat being I would have to wait for a month to replace it, during which they asked me not to use the treadmill. Now as per customer service, the overall warranty is 6 months from the time of purchase and I will not be using it for a month to discover other potential issues. For any update on the new switch I am having to reach out to them myself. Tired of waiting for the same.I am still debating whether to return the treadmill or wait for the switch for a month.Update: The customer service swiftly sent me a new treadmill, instead of having me wait for the switch board so happy days again. The festive period can be a bit hectic for everyone involved, but all is well that ends well. Updating my review to 5 stars for the customer service and the general performance of the treadmill but keeping the video about the malfunction for public and company awareness.

Love this one. Runs like it should. The extra handles on the sides definitely make me feel secure at 73.

The media could not be loaded. So I got this in the beginning of the month, super excited to start my indoor running journey. So I began to open the package with a knife when it got stuck in the plastic bands and tape on the outside. Then all at once my knife went through the band and straight into my leg. I just missed my artery and couldn’t walk for weeks. My fault tho. So fast forward to today im excited i can finally walk again(not able to run just yet) but thought i should set this up and could use it as some physical therapy. But now im sitting here with a treadmill that doesn't even work and a leg that doesn't work. It says error EO1 which in the extremely vague instructions it says to check communication line between lower control and electronic meter. Im not an electrician i dont know what im looking at. Extremely disappointed I almost died for a broken treadmill.

Pretty good deal for what I paid. Sturdy enough for brisk walking up a slight incline, and the bars tuck away so you can position it under a standing desk and walk while you wait for your turn to talk at a zoom meeting. Clever design has wheels so it's easy for one person to move.

It works as expected, but I received it with big scratch on one side.

I highly recommend this product. I have been using daily for 3 months. No issues. I have it located in the living room. I jump on and walk several times a day.
