Actually works really well, one of the most comfortable ones I've tried and I can actually sleep with it. Very soft and helps with the neck pain pretty quickly. Lightweight and fits small to medium sized persons.

Made well and as far as neck braces go, it’s pretty darn comfortable. Believe this will be helpful to my plaguing neck issues. I think it will even help keep my jaw from opening when using cpap mask. Wish I had thought of it sooner.

This brace did not fit. It was too narrow to support neck. Returned item and they said I sent wrong item back. I sent what the sent me, in its original box. Bad customer service experience. I’d find another option if I were you.

The neck brace worked great! It helped with my sore neck and helped with my posture. It has a nice texture. I will definitely recommend this to others.

Overall, it’s decent, but it could be improved in both support and fit. This doesn't work for me so I am returning it.
