5 year old grandson wanted to be just like 'Grumpy" and have suspenders too. I bought a size up just in case but the sizing seemed just right. This is ok because now I have another set when he grows more! Don't worry about sizing unless your kid is a big "chuncky". He loves his suspenders.

My 4 year old has a constant plumbers crack so we finally purchased these! They work great! The snaps are sturdy and withstand my monkey boy running and climbing around. I actually ended up ordering 3 more and will probably buy some for my other boys and nephews for an upcoming wedding!Just wish they had more colors
