I have a Cannondale Trail also, and I think the clamp diameter is 35mm, it is imprinted on the stock clamp.

Q: My ebike mountain bike is considered 27.5in. I need to know what size seat post collar 🤔?

Measure the diameter of the downtube opening (opening plus the sides of the downtube metal). Order the clamp the next size up. The clamp needs to be a little bigger than the total diameter of the downtube in order to fit over it.
