Q: Does the handle require sanding?

Thanks for your question. It is really up to the user if they want to sand it or not. Some do and some do not.

Q: Ho, does the kettle bell feel solid with any weight setting....are plates held securely enough that they dont rattle?

If you spend the time screwing the nut down all the way to the plate inside then they really don’t rattle or not noticeably. I’m a little lazy about that frequently though and when I do swings I can hear the plates inside clank a bit but it doesn’t bother me or throw me off.

Q: Made or manufactured in what country?

Thanks for reaching out to us! We currently have our bells manufactured overseas in China. We have looked into having our bells manufactured here in the US, but have not found anything that compares to the quality of bells that we currently receive.
