You can enjoy it however you like whether iced, with cream, or milk, but to truly appreciate its depth, drink it black. A word of caution though. This coffee is not for beginners. It contains 1105 milligrams of caffeine per 12 fluid ounces. For context, the Food and Drug Administration recommends no more than 400 milligrams of caffeine per day. So yes, this coffee is intense. If you have heart issues or are sensitive to caffeine, please be careful. If not, this stuff will send you to meet Saint Peter. I personally love it. I used to drink five cups of regular coffee a day just to function. With this, one cup gets me through the day. I’m from Colombia, and over there it’s pretty normal to grow up drinking coffee, so my tolerance is high. This coffee works perfectly for me and delivers exactly what it promises. The taste is good but I really can't tell if its truly stronger that DeathWish coffee. Death Wish coffee had me chopping down trees and wanting to build whole houses.🤣 I can't say that I have experienced this feeling with Black Insomnia Extreme Caffeine Coffee as of yet.
