Do I have to season the Boveda wood pack holder itself?

Ideally, if you can season the holder it will just increase the stability of the overall humidor. Otherwise you're introducing a dry element that requires moisture to equilibrate at the same relative humidity as the rest of the components inside the humidor. But if you don't want to spend the time, it's not the end of the world as long as everything else is well seasoned.

If placed on the bottom of the humidor, could I stack cigars directly on top?

My personal opinion I wouldn’t do it. Could change taste of cigars. Either on humidor lid or on the sides.

Can i place 2 (10count) cigar boxes in box and place "boveda wood pack" on top of them? i have a montello glass lid humidor.

If you don't plan on 'mounting' the wood pack to the lid then I wouldn't bother purchasing it since the Boveda packs can be placed on top of the cigars themselves.

What kind of wood is this made out of?

Thin veneer of Spanish cedar over MDF...much like the majority of the humidors sold on Amazon.
