Will this work on the 11.15x2.75 drums my 93 Chevy k2500 has?

Probably. I would think the internals on the drums are fairly common on the older chevy. Maybe not on the trucks larger than the 2500.

Will this work on a 1969 chevy c10, 10 bolt?

I don't believe so but if you are having trouble finding them I would suggest going to lmctruck.com you can buy them from them and they are oem quality and a reputable company plus stuff is priced very well

would this fit ford mustang 88?

I believe these are actually for a full size chevy truck. I used them on a 85 S10 but had to bend them slightly for function. If you have dimensions for the originals......maybe, wouldn't count on it though. Ford / Chevy not usually a common swap. Price may be worth trying.
