What is the rocking motion like? Can you describe it? Thx!

I love the rocking motion and find that you can rock easier if your derrière's pushed as far back as possible so the chair doesn't hit the back bar. It's easier to turn the chair sideways if you don't want to hit the back bar. Also, I like to use a short hiking stick to keep the chair rocking. This is such a relaxing chair. I highly recommend it.

I own this item. How can you order a replacement cushion and canopy? Mine faded very quickly and it seems crazy to purchase an entirely new chair.

If this lounger sits in the backyard where the irrigation system comes on, will they rust?

Mine rusted very quickly. I had to repaint the frame.

When laying in the swing, will it continue to swing like a gravity chair or pendulum or does it stop swinging after a few seconds?

it does swing.. if you move.. but if you are still, reading etc.. it will stop.. any movement will move the swing.
