The best brush/comb set I’ve ever had! And the cost is on point. It works great on the cats, long & short hair, and the dogs-short hair and a Yorkie. And they LOVE IT! The curved comb gets hair you didn’t even know they had and it’s been a tremendous help with the shedding. The long haired cat gets mats and it gets them out with ease. I rarely wrote reviews but this earned one.

Terrific set, sturdy, great value. My two cats love both the brush ( so easy to clean off hairs); but they DEMAND the rake, which pulls off twice as much hair. It's not as easy to clear - I have to keep grabbing hair as I comb - but so efficient. My Siamese throws up way fewer hairballs!

Great set. Used it on my Australian Shepherd’s double coat. The rake gets out a ton of his undercoat, and the slicker brush does well to remove the loose hair of his top coat. Plus, I used the slicker brush to get up all of the fur off of my rug when we were done. Worked great! Highly recommend this brush set.

Brushes arrived. Pulled them out of the box and they all had this unidentifiable wet, greasy substance all over them. Super gross. ETA: I tossed the silicone brush out (which I think may have been responsible for the residue) and cleaned up the other two brushes. The slicker brush has been a game changer for my dog. She has a thick undercoat and not only has brushing her daily helped lessen her shedding, but it has significantly thinned the thickest parts of her undercoat which is helping her tolerate the heat better! Its been working great on our cat too who has been shedding a lot and getting hairballs because of it. I really love how little mess there is and how easy it is to clean the brush.

I'm repeating myself because I bought two different sets and like them both equally. we have a golden doodle and Aussiedoodle...and it's been SNOWING. Getting ice and snowballs out of their fur multiple times daily sent me back to Amazon to replace and old slicker and comb. This one is doing a great job, has rubberlike 'knobs' at the end of each bristle to keep from hurting the dogs and (at least so far) seems sturdy and smooth release of fur. Hope I like it in six months the way I do today!

Our German Shepherd hound mix has a double coat and is always shedding. These tools quickly removed loose undercoat, and he loved how they felt on his short fur- and he is picky about how brushes and combs feel! Durable, works well, and easy to clean.

I BOUGHT THIS SET NOT REALLY HAVING MUCH CONFIDENCE THEY WOULD HOLD UP AFTER READING SEVERAL REVIEWS ABOUT THE MATERIAL OF THE PRODUCTS BEING MADE OF CHEAP PLASTIC AND NOT LASTING LONG OR DOING THE JOB. I purchased this set to brush my morbidly obese cat, Pongo. Weighing in at a whopping 24 pounds, he has the patience of an elderly man who has been waiting too long for his coffee at IHOP. And if there are three things he hates the most it's locks on the pantry, sharing the bed and getting brushed. The self-cleaning slicker brush works impressively well, whisking up fat-cat fur like it means business. It is surprisingly durable, given the dental assault it sustains when I can't get my hands out of the way fast enough. His mittens are ready to murder at the slightest inconvenience, but the self-cleaning feature allows me to sneak-attack a brushing and have it cleaned out before he even knows what hit him. But in all seriousness this brush set has been a life saver. The dematting brush has also come in handy to work out bigger matted areas leaving his fur smooth and shiny so he feels like the king he thinks he is.

The brush came fast and the 3 pieces are super convenient. It’s a game changer for removing hair from my 2 furry friends, particularly with seasonal shedding. The cats loved it

The undercoat rake works so well on my pitsky I've never had a productive groom before and the self cleaning slicker brush is so easy to use and clean i was worried that the teeth weren't long enough but it works great and gets the job done efficiently
