I bought this wok in both 11" and 12" back in 2017 and they still look and cook like new, even though I stir-fry about three times per week. These woks are solid and thicker than the standard thin teflon lined woks that flake off and don't hold heat. The non-stick surface is not a coating as such because it is ingrained throughout the wok metal and will not flake. Cleaning is a breeze and nothing really stays stuck even when the hot spot on my burner leaves burned food stains. I love these pans so much that I tried to find pots and pans from the same maker, but not much luck. My best stovetop pans previously were Calphalon that I purchased 50 years ago and still use all the time. The Calphalon pots are burn resistant, but definitely NOT non-stick. I believe these no-name woks are from Korea where they understand stir-frying and apparently do not accept the low grade woks we get in America. So thanks to Amazon for selling these superb woks! I don't know what the bad reviews about flaking and thin metal are talking about. These are the thickest woks I've used in many years of stir-frying. I actually don't mind washing these woks because they clean up so well, which makes me more likely to use them. And the cooking surface still is excellent after four years of daily use. I highly recommend these woks. One of my best cooking purchases ever....

Nice wok. It cleans very easy if you clean it quickly. Only improvement would be able to use at an even higher temperature.

I have purchased two of the same size, it is large enough for a family of 4-5 and perfect for electric range. Very easy to clean, no need to heat up using the maximum power, I’ve found it helps take care of it and make the use of electric, which ultimately saves the electric bills, if you turn off the range a few minutes earlier than that it would take when using gas range, as the residual heat after turning off the range is powerful enough and lasts long enough.

This is really great! I use this for frying, sautéing, making sauces and for cooking soup. It is non stick and easy cleanup. I loved it!

I like using this wok to scramble 2 dozen eggs and it is perfect for me to do so. Can also fry up 2 lbs of bacon in it very evenly, just stir as it cooks. Non stick is superb and its handle weight does not tip it over when on the stove grid. Night before I did Sloppy Joes. Id say it is versatile and can replace some older flat pans that splash over when cooking saiad things. I have also used it to cook up the all in one pasta dishes. I like it enough to buy for my daughter.
