Great device, I have had it for about a month. I have used it on the setting it defaults to when you turn it on(R/IR) but for 20 minutes at a time directly on my skin(20 on 20 off) and over my clothes without any of the burns that I read about. Just my experience, if it starts to feel uncomfortable I stop using it. I have used it just about every day and I am receiving good theaputic benefits that I believe extend beyond regular heat. Also this pad can fixed almost anywhere with the Velcro strap and extension strap that comes with it. I am 5'8 150. I am happy with it, as an ex athlete it works for me all over. Ankle, knee, shoulder hips ECT.

I really like this item. It's great because you can wrap it around a knee, foot, use on your back etc. Very versatile. Seems to help with pain. I've used it almost weekly for about 4 months. It has more lights than other brands and the remote is easy to use. The red light wrap stopped working for a bit a few weeks ago. It was the light wrap itself that stopped working. The plug still worked. However, I tried it again today (because I had ordered a different one that I didn't like nearly as well) and it is working again!! That is the only reason for the 4 stars - otherwise it would have been 5! Hopefully it keeps working now. I will update....

I’ve never had one of these before so admittedly I didn’t know what to look for. I knew I wanted adequate coverage for what I would use it for (my back and knees mainly), and I wanted a little heat and maybe a bit of vibration, although that feature wasn’t top of my list. This came in a box already installed so I didn’t need to figure out how to use it, it was easy, I just plugged it into the outlet and it was good to go. It’s lightweight and comfortable, a plus for the velcro strap to keep it in place. I’ve been using this for a couple of months on a regular basis and moved on to every day use. It’s durable and hasn’t cracked, torn, or been weird on me- and I’ve pulled and pulled on the strap to tighten it. It’s little remote has several settings, but I normally keep it on a 3 (which seemed to be the standard setting) and sometimes I use a 4 when I’m in pain. You can also program how long you’d like to use it for. I use it for around 30min because the heat feels so good that the 20min I started with doesn’t seem to be long enough. It works well on everything; I’ve used it on my forearm when my carpal tunnel began to flare up again, I’ve used it on my shoulder, my back, and my knees. It has adequate coverage for me to cover both knees at the same time. I like that I also get some heat while using it- although it’s not supposed to function as a heating pad. When I’m done using it I have more mobility. It feels like it penetrates to my muscles and I get some pain relief. It’s great for my self care routine and I love it

I was super skeptical at first, but I was genuinely surprised by how well this therapy worked. It was easy to use, comfortable to wear, and I actually noticed a difference after using it consistently. It exceeded my expectations and turned out to be more effective than I thought it would be. Glad I gave it a try.
