I’ve been using this Hiseeu Wireless Security Camera outdoors for a while now and I’m extremely impressed. The motion detection and auto-tracking are very accurate, and it never fails to pick up activity in front of my house. The dual-lens view and PTZ controls give me wide coverage without blind spots, and the full-color night vision is much clearer than other cameras I’ve owned. Setup was fast, and I love that it connects on both 2.4G and 5G WiFi, which gives me flexibility depending on where I place it. The two-way audio works well, and being able to rotate the camera from my phone makes it super convenient. Since it’s plug-in powered, I don’t have to deal with charging batteries—just install it once and forget about it. I’ve tried several brands in the past, but Hiseeu has always been the most reliable for me, and this camera just confirms that. It performs consistently in rain, wind, and hot weather thanks to the IP66 waterproof design. I trust this brand, and I only buy Hiseeu now because they never let me down. It’s fairly easy to install; the picture quality is great; you’ve got several options for night vision; and the app so far is doing well with the notifications. We love the dual functionality-you’ve got a fixed camera and a 360 rotating camera.

Supper easy to install, i purchased same system for my house in Mexico and was supper happy with it.. now that i just bought a house in California, i had to buy same set and installation was soo easy.. I wasent sure about using same app for both systems in california and mexico, however i was able to use my phone app and now i can see both systems on the app, no need to install a different app or switch, its all on same page. Love it, each camera has double lense, one fix strait do not move and the bottom part gives you the ability to turn left right up and down... so 4 cameras are like 8..

I purchased this camera specifically to evaluate its security and tracking performance before committing to a larger-scale deployment. Unfortunately, during testing, the camera failed to reliably track people, which undermines its primary purpose as a security device. After reporting the issue, the vendor explained that the PIR motion sensor is significantly more sensitive to side-to-side movement and less effective when a person walks directly toward the camera. They also stated that proper detection requires very specific installation conditions, including a precise mounting height, a downward tilt of 10–15 degrees, and an optimal detection range of 1.5–6 meters. These requirements are not acceptable for a security camera and should be clearly disclosed in the product listing prior to purchase. A security device should perform reliably in typical real-world installation scenarios without requiring such narrow constraints. Additionally, the mobile application used to operate the camera contains an excessive and intrusive amount of advertising, which negatively impacts usability and overall user experience. I am referring to both the hardware and the software. If the camera requires such strict conditions to track people effectively, this suggests either limited hardware capability or poorly implemented or unoptimized tracking algorithms. Based on my testing, the issues appear to stem from inadequate firmware, inefficient tracking logic, or insufficient system resources rather than user misconfiguration. As a result, the camera and its software did not meet the minimum performance criteria required for my use case. I would not recommend this product for anyone seeking dependable motion tracking or serious security functionality.

We suffer a fire recently and lost some of our cameras from our Costco system that I always thought was a good system, but I had had it over 10 years. I spent a long time scanning all the security systems trying to find one that I would be happy with where I could move the camels around and see in spots that normally a camera wouldn’t be pointed at with these cameras you’re able to scan all your open areas and zoom in. My favorite is the tracking feature where it identifies individuals that come into your view of your camera and track them through your property, moving your cameras around keeping them in view at all times and notifying the next camera and so on seems to be very easy to install has been very easy to Traverse And learn to search through recorded video and find what you looking for. Extremely well-made, high quality, good value for the money you can’t go wrong with the system you can add more cameras to it. I added a wireless mouse to it, which made more of an ease for me.

Works much better than the kittyhok range is still a problem if you have a lot of walls, but I'm glad I got this

While viewing the live feed and recent videos through the application is smooth and straightforward, I feel that the function for searching and reviewing older video footage definitely needs some improvement."
