Is it non-gmo? does organic include non-gmo?

is RoundUp used for a drying agent and or used on the ground before the growing season of the wheat and barley ?

The description says this is NON-GMO verified which is supposed to mean that nothing genetically modified was used in its production.

For my $45 purchase, I received 12 bags each weighing 2lbs.

This says unbleached in the description. Does it also say it on the package?
