One of my favorite sardines, tasty mustard sauce goes well with the Good sardines. I have them often at breakfast.

Have this around all the time, they are handy for a quick lunch if you need protein on your diet

I eat quite a bit of sardines and I would call these a good daily driver they're good for salads they're excellent on a sandwich and they can be good out of the can they're not the most expensive so don't expect top of the line but they are a very good daily driver
