Great product that would not work with Windows 10.

The program is fine except that it apparently does not allow me to use my information from my old original program of the same name. The original was on my hard drive, which crashed, so now I seem to face re-entering all that information. I hope I'm wrong, and would certainly appreciate being told how to use my old thumb drive with the new program.

I had this on another Win 7 machine whose hard drive died. I ordered a new one for the new Win 7 machine. It didn't install (short version - maybe 32 bit versus 64 bit problem? New machines are default 64 bit.) The software as previously used was really very good, once you got a few things into your head (it wasn't immediately obvious to me) It had terrific reports, including labels and could do lookups to supply 10 digit zip codes. It was not compatible with my HP Windows 7. I have even had Microsoft Support on the phone to see if I was doing somethingincorrectly and they determined it would not download. It was version 2002. Perhaps version 2008 might work. I do not havethat version at this time. I thought that since the disc was advertised as "new" it would be the most recent version. It was not.

This product is worth every cent and more. Installation is a breeze and the software is packed with features. It is a complete mail list management software. I would recommend this product to small and medium sized businesses as a must have for creating a functional mail list including, envelopes, and labels . It does not require a lot of computing experience and it works quite well with Windows 10.

Great little database for doing exactly what it says it will. Unfortunately the version I ordered was an old one so I was unable to ugrade my current (ancient) one.

It works great...every year I have to print labels and every year it has been a hassle to remember how to do them in word mail merge... THIS year I got it done in 5 minutes... Thank you.

This is good software for printing mailing labels. But it takes some practice and time to become familiar with using it. Help is very weak in my opinion. But if you are looking for some software to manage your address book and for printing mailing labels, this software will definitely do the job. But do be careful before making the purchase. There are some older versions on sale on the Internet that do not work with the latest versions of the Windows Operating System. I bought some new for a reduced price that would not work on Windows 7 or Windows 8. But it did install and work properly on Windows Xp. And the box did not list Windows 7 or 8. So my suggestion is to make sure your operating system is listed in the requirements before you make the purchase.
