New Battery C11-ME370T for Google Asus Nexus 7 1st Generation Release 2012

This battery arrived on time, and very well packaged. We installed it in the Nexus 7. Unfortunately, after the prescribed 2 hours of charging, the battery was only 13% charged, and the message "Connect your charger" appeared. (This is the same message that appeared continuously with the old battery. Connecting the charger did not result in a charged battery for either the old or the new battery.) We were very disappointed, and do not know what to do next. Can you suggest a solution? Thank you very much.

This was an easy install on my 2012 Nexus 7. Exactly right size and even included the correct pry tool for the case. Popped out the old battery, added some new double sided tape to this battery and everything worked fine. For the price I wasn't sure what I would get but everything went well. No issues.

The "new" battery came with zero charge. The package had nothing in it except the battery.I never got the battery to charge. I tried to bring it back to life, but no go. Maybe it was setting on the shelf too long. For $12 it is not worth messing with for replacement. I left feedback, but it didn't make it to the sellers profile. That is weird. Anyway, my Nexus 7 is old and tired. I just put the old battery back in and will live with it.

Everything you need to change the battery is included. Small tools to open the notebook make this job quick & easy. Once opened you simply unplug the old & plug in the new & snap the case back together.
