This slushie machine is perfect, and every feature on it is fantastic. But when I received the machine, it couldn't freeze any beverages. So I contacted them and described my problem to them, and a few hours later I received a response. They told me that the internal damage to the machine was caused by improper operation by the delivery personnel. They will provide a full refund for this, or send me a new machine for free and it will arrive within two to three days. And I just need to provide my address. For the inconvenience caused to me, they also gave me a 10% discount on the product I purchased for the first time. They will continue to solve any problems I encounter in the future, and any issues will be responded to within 24 hours. This kind of customer service is really great.

This slushie machine was awful!! After TWO different machines, I am convinced it is the poor quality of the machine. Feedbacks from the company was prompt and I was (at first) pleased but machine that was sent as a replacement was just as bad. Customer service ignored the issue when I asked for refund! Price has gone down since my purchase also. $40. less!! I eventually will get over it, but still miffed!!! I will recommend another brand to others!!

So easy to use, so easy to clean, very low noise level, very well made, multi functional from juices, cocktails to frozen yogurt and ice cream, does it all easy at a push of a button

This slushie machine is really easy to setup and use. I like how I can make a variety of drinks, ranging from smoothies to frappes. One of my main concerns was that it would be hard to clean, but I was happy to find out that cleaning it is really easy. I also appreciate how ice is not needed to use this.I recently used this slushie machine to make a strawberry margarita, and the experience was fantastic! Not exactly what’s advertised, but it works great. Little disappointed that it doesn’t have the ice cream feature.

Horrible Kris throwing error codes. Can't use slushie recipes with alcohol in it through codes. This is nothing like other brands this is the second one I'm returning. Can't even put water in it to slush it. Throws an error code saying not enough sugars is the code

Love the look and feel of this machine. Tested out the different modes, the preset works well. Just a tip here, adding some sugar will make it smoother. Can't wait to make more flavors! It was refreshing to get one after my tennis session. This machine saved my summer
