This was recommended to my adult son by an emergency room doctor. The doctor told him that he could prescribe a cough medicine with codeine, however he suggested he use Hyland's Kids over the counter cough medicine because it works. He said it is what he and his family use. My son was pleased with the results.

My son is super sensitive to tastes and textures. Most liquid medicine makes him vomit and he can't swallow pills. But this medicine, he can take, no problem. I can't begin to express how grateful I am for this medicine. Yes, it's homeopathic so it may not seem quite as effective as regular meds, but it DOES help him. I sure hope they never stop making this medicine!
