Perfect Sorbet is best dry mixed into your sugar as you measure out your ingredients. And proceed with your recipe as usual.

Q: How so you mix it without it clumping? How do you get it to dissolve thoroughly?

We recommend dry mixing with sugar to avoid clumping then adding it to the recipe with the sugar to dissolve thoroughly.

Q: I am using syrup (not sugar). How can I mix this with syrup so it does not turn into white balls?

Corn Syrup is too thick... I would use an immersion blender and mix it with a small portion of your liquid fruit.
