I am very very picky about my coffee. I focus on flavor and the health benefits. This coffee is by far the best I have ever had in my life! I am 54 years old and been drinking coffee since I was 16 and have tried ALL kinds of coffee. This coffee is not bitter but I truly believe it depends on how you brew it and the water you use. I use an old restaurant coffee machine that has the water heated at all time and i use filtered reverse osmosis water machine. My boys use a pour over method and it really brings out the flavor more than my method. The other big selling point for me is the the fact that Kion Coffee was found to be 58% higher in antioxidants than all of the other organic coffee brands. Kion has the absolute highest in antioxidant levels out of all the coffees tested, and super important is free of mold and mycotoxins. when drinking other coffee sometimes i do not feel well afterwards and I am convinced that Kion is healthy for me. I take a pot of coffee to work with me every day!! This is the one and only coffee to drink!!!!
