Love this item. Tastes good, is versatle, and satisfies my craving for cookies, muffins, bisquits, etc. without blowing my diet up. Can and have lost weight while including this on a daily basis.

This is a repeat purchase for me. Since substituting Carbquick for regular flour, pancake mixes, and dough, I have lost 30 pounds in 5 months! I am now using this for the entire family. It’s less carbohydrates and tastes great. My husband, who loves pizza, couldn’t tell the difference between Carbquick and regular pizza dough. The box has recipes and it is so easy to use. Just add water or milk, depending on the recipe. I even make cheesy-garlic buns. Never going back to high carb breads. A little pricy, but it’s worth it for me, especially after 30 pounds down.

Real good alternate to flour lower carb. Makes great waffles busquits ect. Not the best for gravys though dosnt seem to thicken
