Excellent product, I am 6.2" tall, so I bought the XL band. Compared to other products I have tried before, I find this one to be perfect as it covers a large portion from the hips to the chest, so the complete abdominal band, remains stable in position during training, as well as increasing perspiration, thus the temperature in those areas and helping to eliminate subcutaneous fat this band also helps with back support. This is important for me as I have suffered from back pain and am always concerned in training not to risk overloading and to have pain in that area. Recommended.

This is a very good stomach trainer, it feels comfortable when wearing it for long periods and I’ve felt no discomfort at all. It allows you to pull it as tightly as you want around your waist and I’ve noticed how much my posture has improved while wearing it. I can happily recommend anyone to purchase this item and I’m just ordering a second one so I can alternate them. 10/10+

Good sweat belt, it does help you sweat more around the abdomen! It does have a strong plastic/rubber smell so I’d suggest you wipe with soapy cloth before first use. I can imagine some people with dexterity issues in their hands or arms may have trouble tightening this enough but that’s the only thing I can think of.

Very well holding. Good product. I used it several times and I had different ones earlier. This was the best so far.

Now I have been shopping on Amazon for years and I don't usually leave reviews but I had to for this product! I have tried soooooo many waist trimmers which were "good" and some "terrible" but nothing compares to this!!! This is GREAT! I have been using it for months and I will be buying more. I will advice seeing from previous customers photos that have gotten bruises is to wear something with it! I have never used it directly on my skin. I always have a little vest or shirt to cover my skin before I place the trimmer on top and I have never ever gotten any bruising from it. So please protect your skin before wearing ANY trimmer. But this one is by far the greatest hold. And especially great for indoors or working out. Since it's bulky I don't wear it outside. But I do love it. And I could probably wear it outside during winter. If you're thinking of buying it, please do! It has a great hold and last all day.
