Bodno ID Card Software Program for PC & MAC - Design & Print Photo ID Cards and Gift/Loyalty Cards - Bronze Edition

Since installation of the Silver Bodno software that works directly with the Enduro Magicard printer that I had recently purchased, I've made over 50 company id cards. I was impressed with the compatibility of the software and printer and also, that the instructions were easy to follow, and still have more to learn!

i can always count on fast and very helpful support from Ray and Jack ,The remote support has a link on the software making it really easy and the calls are answered or returned promptly.

This is some of the worst software and support I've ever experienced. The thumbdrive key never works and has to be reset every time I load the software. The software must be forced (Macbook Pro) closed as the program will not naturally close, each time creating a new error report to Apple. When I go through the many hoops to get my paid for software to recognize the key it's a complete crapshoot as to whether my cards will actually print on the Enduro 3E. The Enduro is seemingly solid, but Bondo spits out blurred cards, constant errors and their tech support response is to reinstall the drivers and the software. I've done this repeatedly and sometimes it works, sometimes it does not. The amount of wasted cards and ribbon the Bondo software has cost me is exponential. I strongly advise finding ANYTHING else, as this is one of the worst pieces of software I've ever experienced and it costs my company wasted product (cards/ribbon) and hours of wasted troubleshooting.

Very easy to use software for producing ID Cards. I use it to print all of my employee cards and they come out great!

Software is easy to use. A few problems with the licensing codes, but Support is quick to respond and resolve the issue.

My community recently purchased the Bodno ID software a gold version first and then upgraded to Platinum version thinking that the MS Access 2016 or 2019 version works, but it did not work. Called and wrote email to the support but they have made me to work with the older version of MS Access 2003 where there are other issues popped up and the support is not that helpful as I expected to. Bodno has made a clear misrepresentation of information to the customer making them buy the Bodno software by giving false information in the product features. They have clearly mentioned that MS Access works with the Bodno software but it did not work.
