中華製と聞いて心配でしたが思いの外クオリティーが高いです。塗装がしっかりしていて変な臭いもありませんでした。何よりベタつかないのに滑らず持ちやすいのが良かったです。わたしは50代後半で主にダンベルスクワットとダンベルプレスをしていますが、筋トレ初心者であれば3kgまでにしたほうが無難です。3kgでも思いの外重くダンベルプレスでは腕を上げきるのに難儀しました。上げられなければ意味がありませんので慣れて来たらステップアップすれば良いでしょう。あと筋トレ習慣化のコツを書いておきます。一言で言うと最初から無茶な目標にしないことです。わたしは1日ダンベルスクワット10回ダンベルプレス10回にしています。以上で大胸筋と上腕三頭筋、身体の筋肉の70%を占める下半身の全ての筋肉を鍛えることが出来ます。大きな筋肉を鍛えると基礎代謝も格段に上がるので寝ているだけで体脂肪が落ちていきます。個人差はあるでしょうが筋肉を落とさずに45日で4kg痩せました。追記）3kgが余裕になりましたので5kgを買い足しました。塗装が数ヶ所雑なところがありましたので★1下げます。

I didn't verify the weights or anything, but the quality of the product is easily visible. The stand is just average, nothing special, but the weights themselves are fully coated in non-slip material that's quite comfortable to use. I hope at some point the company will consider weights heavier than 10kg, perhaps as kettle bells or such.

色もかわいいですし、握りやすいし、とても使いやすいです。

安いから仕方ないのかもだけどジムに置いてあるものよりグリップ部の径が大きくて違和感があります。 女性や指が短い方は握りにくいと思います。 3キロ、4キロ、5キロ全て大きかったです。 6キロ〜は別のものを購入しました。

今まで沢山ダンベルを買いましたが、置いた時に転がらないから安全。 正直、ダンベルは転がるから置いておくのが危険ですが、転がらないから置き場所に困らない。オススメです。

Fijne dumbbells die beiden ook dicht op de 10 kilo zitten. In mijn geval scheelt het zo’n 80 gram dat ze zwaarder zijn, prima te overzien. Ik heb van dit merk ook de 4, 7 en 8 kilo die ook nauwkeurig van gewicht zijn. Ik heb andere merken gehad die wel erg onnauwkeurig waren en makkelijk 150+ scheelden en ten op zichte van elkaar zelfs dan 300+ gram scheelden. Prima gewichten om thuis oefeningen mee te doen. Door de afgevlakte kanten zijn ze ook goed te gebruiken als push up bar. Ook de neopreen laag erom heen is fijn voor de grip, maar ook om het geluid een beetje te dempen bij het neerzetten en de vloer te beschermen. De verschillende kleuren en duidelijke opdruk welk gewicht het is zijn ook slim. Al met al blij met alle dumbbells van Proiron!
