I only consume selected herb tea, so I needed a bottle with the infuser I can use daily at my workplace. I'm happy so far, it is doing what I was expecting. It keeps the tea hot for two hours, but even after three hours is warm enough to be enjoyable. I like the black cover and the whole design, although I would like to have it a little bigger, like 750ml maybe. I wish I wouldn't have to take off the cap every time I want to drink because it loses heat, and also have to be careful with the effluent liquid from the infuser which is attached to it.

Well made flask. Hold liquid around 400 - 450 ml (it's just one cup so a bit small in my opinion) I use it for cold brew tea. Absolute proof leak. Wide neck means easy to clean. Only down side is that it's not suitable for fine grinding coffee because the holes is still too big and coffee will come out. It would be great if there's another layer of mesh inside the filter. Four star it is.

It was meant to be a Birthday gift for a friend but i wont be able to give it to her as it was broken when I opened the box to check it. Good thing i checked it before giving it to her. Total let down.

Just what I needed and have been looking for for ages, an insulated tea flask that I can bring my own tea leaves in for university and fill with hot water there. I prefer the taste of tea in glass.

Gave as a christmas gift. They seem very happy with product they use it for both tea and water. They especially like the design of the clear bottle.

Nice design and does the job

This is an excellent product - the double insulated glass keeps the tea warm for hours and the easy screw off infuser cup holds the tea perfectly and easily screws off when I am done with it. The neoprene sleeve is a bonus! Keeps me confident that the glass won't break when I throw it in my backpack for the rest of the day. Customer service with this product is awesome - they reached out to me to find out if I liked the product and if they could do anything. I mentioned that the product came slightly damaged (looks like in route the box was dinged and so the lid had a scratch) - the bottle and lid were completely functional and had they not contacted me for feedback I would never had said a thing as it didn't make a bit of difference - but they promptly responded and sent me a replacement. I couldn't be happier and I would definitely recommend this product!

Item arrived completely broken. Not worth purchasing, very disappointed. Update: 1/15/18 The company shipped me a new tea infuser. I have used it all week and have no complaints. Adding 3 stars.

I bought this tumbler when another highly reviewed one failed. I wanted one with the infuser on top and not an opening bottom. My husband prefers this one. No leaks. Perfect size. Not too big so that the tea is watered down.
