I have been reading how many vitamins have the additive - stearic acid or magnesium acid. Of the 2, magnesium acid is the worst. Although I am very happy with the quality of this product, it would make me less concerned about my digestive tract if stearic acid was not in this supplement. I love how easy it is to take and that it helps quickly when my eye starts twitching. Thank you for considering my request. I have tried Thorne, PURE, and several other B complexes that are methylated for those of us who have MTHFR and this product is not oversized in shape and does not have an aftertaste to deal with.

I have been taking this B Complex for years and it’s by & large, the best one for me. I have absolutely no stomach upset that I would typically have with other brands of B Complex which honestly it the biggest selling point for me about this product. I cannot tell you how many times prior to using this product exclusively, that after taking B Complex without eating a hearty meal immediately before or after that I would be absolutely nauseous & sick to my stomach & occasionally dry heave. None of that is an issue for me with this product and that alone sells it for me. I can’t speak to the “medical” claims of taking B Complex (hair growth, energy, etc) because I’ve literally been taking B Complex for so long that I don’t remember what it was like prior to taking it. The tablets themselves are large so if that’s an issue for you, you may want to consider that prior to purchasing. However, I’ve had no concerns with the size. My personal opinion is that these are the best B Complex vitamins out there for someone like myself who has a history of not being able to tolerate other brands on an empty stomach.

I did one of those Vessel at-home tests to check my levels and found I was B7 deficient. I’m also anemic and wondered if the two issues kind of played off the other…even though I take an iron supplement, I didn’t seem to be absorbing it well. I already took B12 since going plant-based but decided this would be a one and done type supplement to combat both deficiencies. The first day I took it, I felt like a switch had been flipped within hours. My brain fog lifted, I was energetic. I will admit, it was kind of a buzz and after reading other reviews, I wondered if I should cut it in half but it all leveled out within a few days. I make sure to take these with my breakfast so they don’t keep me up at night but wow, what a difference! I’m not one to usually see such instant results with any supplements but this is the real deal. My usually blue nail beds (even with an iron supplement!) have pinked up. My circulation feels better and my hands & feet aren’t freezing. I’m anxious to see what this does for my hair as well since I’ve always had fine/thin locks. Just really excited about it, I feel great and it’s definitely something I was missing.
