I wear a 2xl in Carhartt, Riggs, and Dickies tees and Henleys but the 2xl in this shirt was too small so I exchanged it for a 3xl which does the trick. I've purchased six in total with different colors and patterns. Nice looking shirts and I've even gotten a couple of compliments about them. There are no wash instructions probably because they are made for industrial laundries. I wash and dry them on permanent press and hang them up promptly and they are wrinkle free. Can't beat them for the price and I would definitely buy them again. Couldn't get the variety of colors from Amazon so I had to shop around.

Love the shirts , use them for work since they don't provide with uniforms, love the price

Its by the same company that supplies my work shirts. The only size they had at my job were x-large which is too small. So had to order my own. They are great.
