Definitely something needed in my health regimen. For 6 months have been trying to keep pace with chemo. Have been taking 100 mcg of Vitamin B12 in pill form two or three times a day. Then a Friend suggested I look into the liquid dose form. Bioactive B12 Full Spectrum in liquid form provides maximum absorption. After the first recommended dose, I’ve done two activities today: a 3K walk as well was simple pool laps for 45 minutes. Impressed that I feel energized from the activity versus extreme fatigue! This is the best B12 sublingual that you can buy on the market, it raises B12 levels very quickly very effective and clean product. After telling my Doctor what I use she ordered some for herself and her family. It's the only one I will use.

This is advertised as a 4 month supply, but I followed the dosing instructions and used 5 drops each day and ran out at 30 days. Because of this I decided to switch to another product.

5 drops sublingual or just put on end of tongue or in a glass of water. Easy. I cannot take B vitamin tablets and I have no issues with these drops.
