I bought this product for my girls and when I openened to give them, I had three problems:1. Get a SIM Card with connection to a 2G network.2. Download an app that it comes in chinesse.3. Do not have an Internet connection.Problem # 1. Go to you Mobile provider and ask for a Micro SIM Card with 2G network connection, they have to give you the card with the right size, NEVER cut the SIM Card by yourself because it doesn't work well and make SURE that you Mobile provider still have 2G network in your country.Problem # 2. Like a new user, I took the user manual and download the application from there, it came in chinesse, well I don't speak chinesse, he he. I downloaded the application reading the QR Code from the watch, it will send you to a page where you can download in English, for Android and IOS. There is two options: SeTracker and SeTracker2, you can choose anyone.Problem # 3. I am using smartwatches in Central America and when I insert the SIM Card, they don't work and the app sent me a message telling: "no internet connection". I solve this problem sending a message to SIM Card, from another phone, with the Internet apn from my Mobile provider. Message to send:pw,123456,apn,"Internet apn from Mobile provider","user","password",MCC MNC#Example:pw,123456,apn,internet.example,user,pass,21432#Internet apn form Mobile provider, user, password and MCC & MNC, those are information that you have to ask to your Mobile provider.I hope this information could be usefull for people who buy this product, mi girls are really happy with them.

I was skeptical about the watch's ability to make and receive a phone call but surprising it works. Phone call quality is not the best but you can hear what each is saying. I bought this for 2 main features, one was to make phone calls, which works. And the second feature was for location, but that does not work the way I want it to. The location shows the base station tower that the watch is connected to and not the physical location of where the watch is located on planet Earth. Where I live (Northern California), the base station tower antenna is probably 4-5 miles away from where the watch is.I am on the t-mobile network and can confirm that the watch does work. The battery life is about 12 hours, it was unplugged in the morning at 8am and the battery died around 8pm after making about 4-5 short 1-2 minutes calls.I would have given this a 5 star if only it provided better location accuracy.

I bought two b.b paw smartwatches one of them is working good, but the other one I could not binding. Any time that I tried to do it says the same message.Wrong code.Could someone please help me with this?

I don't like the fact I live in the US. And the apps needed are in stupid Chinese. I'm upset because I purchased 2 and I'm out money now. WITH 5 CHILDREN. The money could have bought a Vtech smart watch. I also purchased 4 30 day plans. And I'm out of the money because of these watches. My point is it was a waste of money I could have used for a better product!!!!

Me encanto este reloj en cuanto lo vi. Lo compre para mi nieta, es mucho mas bonito de los otros del mismo precio (mi otra nieta tiene el otro modelo del mismo precio). La calidad es muy buena, los colores vivos y brillantes. A mi nieta le fascino, y tien muchas funciones muy utiles sin tantos juegos que la envicien. lo mas importante tiene GPS y la alarma de peligro. Realmente lo recomiendo.

This watch was perfect for my 9year old . It does all kinds of stuff - takes pictures, plays music, has games and a clock on it. It had several features that she loved!

Super crappy the screen scratched like it was some sort of sad plastic within the fist 12 hours. The camera is terrible and the app is super hard to navigate. Thumbs down

Just got and the watch is broken. One of the cords is not connected I put on charger just hoping but I dont think I will have any luck. Very upsetting
